Salary, Stipend &Training
Purpose: Be transparent about money, training period, and progression — this builds trust and filters candidates.
- We’re offering a monthly salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, based on performance and role
- New hires begin with a training stipend of ₹8,000/month during the training phase (normally 3 months).
- If you’re a quick learner and hit the milestones ahead of schedule, you may complete training in 2 months and move into full salary early

Open Positions / Role Descriptions
Each role, matching our company’s e-commerce workflow. Don’t worry Trainings will be provided (except software dept.).
- Lister:Responsible for creating high-quality product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Compatibility Editor:Ensures product compatibility information is accurate, clear, and correctly formatted.
- Researcher:Responsible for finding products, analyzing suppliers, and supporting sourcing decisions.
- Support & Compliance: Handles communication, order support, and general coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Software developer: We have a EMS(Employees management software). A team which ensures smooth operation and updation.

- No specifiic degree Requirement.
- Welcome if you are above 18 years of age.
- Best If you have your own laptop.
- You should know the basics of computer application and operation.
- You Should at least understand english and hindi. (Don't worry no public interaction). You don't have to talk to anybody.
- Working hours: 9Am till 5PM.
- Over Time is also available for our employees, where you can earn more.
